How I clear my browser cache on a Windows computer?

Clear your browser's cache, to make sure you see updated content when visting a website or using a service. The cache stores information from websites you visit, to be able to load them more quickly.

Chrome (Windows)

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Click the 3 lines in the right corner to go to Settings
  3. Move pointer over Tools
  4. Click Clear browsing data...
  5. Select the time period and what you want to clear
  6. Click Clear Browsing Data

Firefox (Windows)

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox
  2. Click Firefox in the left corner
  3. Move pointer over History Click Clear Recent History...
  4. Select the time period and what you want to clear
  5. Click Clear Now

Internet Explorer (Windows)

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Click the gear icon in the right corner
  3. Move pointer over Safety
  4. Click Delete Browsing History
  5. Select what you want to clear
  6. Click Delete
